This site is operated by the BATCH team. We are in the process of registering an international legal entity for this project; this policy will be updated with full operator and registration details once that is complete. Until then, treat BATCH / stas@batchprod.com as the contact point for any question or request about your data.
This policy explains what information batchprod.com collects when you visit the site or get in touch with us, why we collect it, and how you can ask us about it or have it removed.
If you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, company, contact details (email, Telegram, phone — whatever you provide), and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. We don't sell or rent this information to anyone.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and doesn't track you across sites. It records standard technical data such as the page viewed, browser type, referring site and approximate country. Our hosting and CDN (Cloudflare) also keep short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use any of this to identify you personally.
This site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies, so there is nothing to opt in to. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it needs to check that a visitor isn't a bot.
The site relies on a few third-party services: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, analytics, and processing contact-form submissions), Google Fonts (which receives your IP address when your browser loads the fonts), and an AI model provider for the “How your brand looks in Roblox” preview — whatever you type there (a brand name and a short description) is sent to it to generate the concept. If you contact us by email or Telegram, those services handle your message too. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy; we only share what's needed for the service to work.
We keep enquiry and contact-form data only as long as needed to respond to you and, if a project moves forward, for the duration of that relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email stas@batchprod.com and we'll handle it directly — no account or login is needed to make this request.
We may update this policy as the project and its legal setup evolve — most notably once our international entity is registered. The current version always applies; check back here for the latest.
